Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Step 2
In a skillet, cook sausage, onion, celery, green pepper, and garlic till meat is done and vegetables are tender: drain.
Step 3
Add cream cheese, green onion and parsley, cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted: set aside.
Step 4
Unroll crescent dough and press perforations together. Roll out into a large rectangle.
Step 5
Spoon sausage mixture onto the dough with 3-inch gaps on the side and 1-inch gaps on the bottom.
Step 6
Along each side cut strips leading outwards.
Step 7
The begin braiding the strips ontop of each other until filling is covered.
Step 8
Brush dough with egg.
Step 9
Sprinkle top with everything bagel seasoning.
Step 10
Back for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
