Preheat oven to 350°F
Step 1
Line muffin tray with 1 liner. Set aside.
Step 2
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, & chocolate chips together in sm. bowl. Add vanilla, melted butter, milk, & sugar. Stir together until just combined. (DO NOT overmix.)
Step 3
Pour batter into prepared muffin liner. Bake (17 min.). until it passes toothpick test.
