Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 500ºF.
Step 2
Chop all the veggies into large pieces. Then chop the chicken into cubes. Place the chicken and veggies in bowl. Add the olive oil.
Step 3
Mix all seasonings in a small bowl, then add to the main ingredients and toss to combine.
Step 4
Pour bowl onto sheet pan.
Step 5
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the veggies are charred and chicken is cooked.
Step 6
Served over orzo or pasta. Sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese.
