Potatoes - I know this is technically a Cottage Pie, but I don't know anyone who DOESN'T call it a shepherds pie where I'm from! Anyways, this recipe was so easy and delicious. Perfect appetizer for your Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner!

Step 1
Bake potatoes at 350°F for 40-50 minutes. Cook onions and ground turkey until brown.
Step 2
Add tomato paste & Worcestershire, then stir. Cook until thickened.
Step 3
Add Garlic, Beef Stock, Carrots, and Peas. Hollow out your potatos - Mash with butter, cream, salt and pepper. Assemble your stuffed potato.
