Instructions
Step 1
Whisk egg and lemon juice. Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl.
Step 2
Heat butter and avocado oil in pan over medium-high heat.
Step 3
While butter and oil are heating, dredge fish portions in the batter. When fat in the pan bubbles add fish portions.
Step 4
Cook for 3 minutes on each side. Serve with lemon wedges and fresh parsley.
