Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl sift together first 6 ingredients, set aside.
Step 2
Beat eggs and sugar together. Add pumpkin; mix slightly. Stir in oil.

Carefully add dry ingredients, fold in nuts.
Step 4
Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Divide batter evenly between pans.
Step 5
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
