Instructions

Step 1
Cook the rice according package instructions.

Meat balls

Step 2
Chop the parsley.
Step 3
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and knead well. If the dough is to sticky add more bread crumbs.

Form the meat dough into small balls with a diameter of about 3cm.
Step 5
Heat the oil in the pan. Add the meat balls and fry for about 2-3min each side. After frying remove from the pan.

Sauce

Step 6
Dice the onion, mince the garlic, chop the basil and grate the parmesan cheese.
Step 7
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium. Add the onions and fry for about 2-3min until translucent.
Step 8
Add the garlic and fry for another 30s.
Step 9
Pure in the red wine. Let it reduce for about 2min.
Step 10
Now add the canned tomatoes. Let the sauce simmer for 5min before adding the meat balls. Cook for another 10min.

Wrap

Step 11
Top the front center of the wrap with half the rice, meat balls and sauce.
Step 12
Sprinkle on the emmental cheese.
Step 13
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 14
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
