Instructions
Step 1
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add in the ground beef. Chop the meat into small pieces. Cook the beef fully, until browned and no longer pink.
Step 2
Drain any excess oil from the skillet. Reduce heat. Then add in taco seasoning and water according to package.
Step 3
Pour in Rotel and mix together.
Step 4
Cover with shredded cheese and cover with a lid until the cheese is melted.
Step 5
Pour 2 tbs of oil in a skillet. Once oil is shimmering add in tortilla and beef mixture in one side. Flip until nice and golden brown.
