0.5onion
1clove garlic
4 Tbspolive oil
50mlwhite wine
50mlheavy cream
¼ tspsalt
¼ tsppepper
1 Tbsptomato paste

Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice according package instructions.
Sauce
Step 2
Dice the onion, mince the garlic and slice the champignons and zucchini.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the onion and fry for one minute.

Add the zucchini and fry for another minute.
Step 5
Now add the champignons and garlic. Fry for another 2 min until the champignons have shrunk in size completely.

Add the tomato paste and mix well.

Pure in the white wine. Let it reduce for 2min.

The add the heavy Creme and seasoning. Mix well. Cook for 10min once heat.

Spread the front center of the tortilla wrap with ricotta.

Top it with the rice and sauce.
Step 11
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 12
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
