Step 1
Dice tomatoes, onions, cucumbers & jalapenos.

Mix together

Add vinegar and miss well.
Step 4
Add oregano, garlic salt & black pepper and mix well.
Step 5
Can be eaten at any time, however it tastes better after marinating overnight. I usually mix this several times before going to bed and do the same before I start to enjoy it. The jalapeno seeds will make it hotter and it will get hotter for the first 24 hours then stabilize the spiciness.
