Instructions
Step 1
Dice fresh mango, tomato and red onion. Add to a medium sized bowl.
Step 2
Remove the seeds from the jalapeno. Dice and add to bowl.
Step 3
Fold all ingredients in the bowl. Be careful not the crush any of the ingredients.
Step 4
Add lime juice and seasonings. Adjust seasoning amounts based on personal preference.
Step 5
Add chopped cilantro to taste if desired.
Step 6
Mix all the ingredients and enjoy!
