Step 1
1️⃣Firstly, add you precooked & cooled rice to a mixing bowl (I used packed rice to speed the process up)
Step 2
2️⃣ Now add drained black beans + sweetcorn + red pepper + chopped tomatoes + diced chilli + lime juice + maple syrup + salt & pepper and mix
Step 3
3️⃣Finally stir through chopped fresh coriander or parsley and serve
