Step 1
Preheat to 425
Step 2
Toss bite-size cut potatoes with oil, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper. Bake for 20mins
Step 3
Toss asparagus with the same (oil, rosemary etc...) Remove the pan with the potatoes from oven and push the potatoes to one side and add asparagus on the other side to the pan. Return to oven for a few minutes while you prep the salmon
Step 4
Rub salmon with the same mixture (oil, rosemary, garlic etc), squeeze 1/2 the lemon over it, make more room on the pan and add to the pan. place the other half of the lemon in slices around the pan. Cook for 5-10mins depending on the size of the fillets
Step 5
Mix mustard and balsamic glaze. Remove pan from oven and brush potatoes, asparagus and salmon with the mixture. Return to oven for the last 5 minutes. Then serve.
