Salsa is one of my favorite tortilla chips dips, other than queso ofc. This salsa was made because I wanted some pico de gallo to top my shrimp tacos, but apparently I ran out of tomatoes. So while rummaging the fridge, I found some star fruit and my brain went *lightbulb* why not make a fruit salsa?! Therefore, this salsa was born! it works so well with seafood dishes, especially tacos! please note: you can measure the ingredients to your preferences too, less cilantro or less mint. So, please try it and lmk what you think. I'll be uploading other recipes and until then, adiós!

Instructions

Step 1
cut up the starfruit into small dices.
Step 2
wash and chopped the cilantro and mint then pour all ingredients into one bowl.
Step 3
mix well, chill in the refrigerator and serve best with seafood tacos or as a dip for nachos.
