Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Step 2
Add all dry ingredients in one bowl.
Step 3
Add all wet ingredients to another bowl and mix well.
Step 4
Add wet to dry and mix until barely combined.
Step 5
Fold in blueberries at this point and slightly fold.
Step 6
To make streusel: combine all ingredients to achieve a crumbly texture.
Step 7
Place in lined muffin tins and place streusel on top.
Step 8
Bake for 12-16 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through cooking. Check with a toothpick for completion.
