Instructions

Step 1
In a pot, boil some water with tomato paste and salt.
Step 2
In a pan over medium low heat, drizzle extra virgin olive oil, add chopped garlic and chilli and sizzle for 2 mins.
Step 3
Add tomato passata, season with a pinch of salt and simmer for about 10 mins, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Add your raw spaghetti into the pan with your sauce and cook them for about 6/8 mins, adding a couple of ladlefuls of boiling water.
Step 5
Make sure you don’t stir your spaghetti for now, you want to burn them slightly for this preparation.
Step 6
After approximately 6/8 mins, flip your spaghetti, add more boiling water and cook them until they are fully cooked.
Step 7
At this stage, you can stir them so they don’t stick anymore to the pan!
Step 8
Serve with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil on top. Buon appetito!
