cuts, seasoned with

Worcestershire sauce

Montreal steak seasoning

2 springsrosemary

2garlic cloves
for cooking

3sweet potatoes
cubed and seasoned with salt, pepper, and olive oil

baby spinach

¼ cupdried cranberries

¼ cuppistachios

1shallot
sliced thin

¼ cupfeta crumbled

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare steaks by seasoning with Montreal steak seasoning and Worcestershire sauce and set aside. Cube the sweet potatoes and season with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Place sweet potatoes on a baking sheet, bake for 45 minutes flipping halfway through. Once sweet potatoes are done, begin to cook the steaks on an oiled cast iron skillet. Cook steaks on both sides until they reach 140 degrees with a thermometer(for medium). Let steaks rest for 10 minutes while you prepare your salad with the rest of the ingredients. Slice your steaks and add to salad before serving.
