Step 1
Place chicken in a 1.5 qt slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine broth, cider, vinegar, lemon juice, and seasonings; pour over meat. Cook 4-5 hours on low.
Step 2
Remove chicken; keep warm. Skim fat from cooking liquid. In a small saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir 2-3 minutes until thickened. Serve over chicken.
