Instructions
Step 1
Mix ground turkey with garlic, salt, and spices; and sauté in olive oil until no pink remains.
Step 2
Add spaghetti sauce to cooked meat mixture and simmer on low, while the noodles boil.
Step 3
Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions, and drain.
Step 4
In a lightly greased 12"x8"x2" baking dish layer 1/3 noodles, 1/3 meat sauce, 1/2 cottage cheese, 1/3 mozzarella, 1/3 parmesan.
Step 5
Repeat layers ending with the top layer of meat sauce, mozzarella, and parmesan.
Step 6
Cover with aluminum foil and cook at 350°F for 30 minutes.
Step 7
Uncover and cook another 10 minutes.
Step 8
Let lasagna sit for 10 minutes before serving.
