Step 1
In one bowl mix turkey mince, salt and smoked paprika.

Step 2
Dice the onion and put the frying pan on fire to heat. Add some sunflower oil and wait a bit. Add diced onion to the pan.

When the colour turns slightly golden add the mince with spices. Sear while the water just is almost gone. Then add tomato paste and sour cream. Mixed all properly. Keep on middle fire 5 more min.

Put the pot with water on fire and wait till its boiling. Add pinch of salt and all cannelloni tubes and boil them. Al dente will be 👍

On the separate frying pan sear the whole amount of spinach with no oil. Just can add 1 tbsp of water.

Now stuff rested cannelloni with the mince and prepare your oven ( I used an air fryer, but be careful it heavily airs cannelloni, so you will need not more then 4 min on 170C). For oven I suggest 180-190C for 5-6 min.

Put your stuffed cannelloni to the cake pan, splash them with milk, add spinach and sprinkle with parmesan.
