Instructions

Step 1
You sauté an onion in olive oil. Then the chicken. Once golden you put two courgettes 1 eggplant one or two peppers, two very ripe tomatoes. Sweet paprika pepper salt, Provence herbs, a bay leaf. And you put a can of crushed tomatoes on top of everything. And two minced garlic cloves. You let it cook quietly for a good hour. Either casserole in the oven or casserole on a hob. And you tasted with rice. It's better if you do it the night before. It's best reheated.
