Instructions

Step 1
To 1/2kg Sardine add pepper powder, turmeric powder, salt as per taste, crushed garlic, shallots and green chillies and curry leaves

Mix and marinate it and keep it aside for 10-15min
Step 3
Now heat oil in a frying pan, add the marinated fish one by one.
