Instructions

Step 1
Rinse and sort peas.
Step 2
In soup pot, melt butter and sweat onion. Add carrot and sweat for a few minutes longer. Add garlic and cook 30 sec, until fragrant. Add pinch of salt and curry powder.
Step 3
Add chicken broth, peas, and ham. Bring to a boil, then simmer approx. 45 minutes until peas break down. Season to taste.
