Step 1
First mix your dry ingredients that is oat flour baking soda and baking powder with a wisk

In a separate ball add your egg whites and mix them with a high speed Mixer for 5 to 8 minutes till your eggs gets white and fluffy and hard so when you turn your ball up side down it doesn’t fall

In a separate ball add your egg yolks and peanut butter as well as your greek yogurt and honey, mix till it gets light yellow and creamy

Add your egg whites to your egg yolks in 3 steps, in each step stir it with a spatula slowly and make sure you don’t over mix

Now you are going to add your dry ingredients in 2 steps and mix them gently with a spatula

Warm up your oven in 200 F for 15 minutes before you add your cupcakes in it , after adding them turn your oven temperature down to 180 degrees and let it cook for 20 to 30 minutes ( it depends on your oven )

When you put your dough to your pan you can either add chocolate chips or like me just add some Sesames but it’s really optional add whatever your heart desires
