Protein Caramel Apple Crumbl Cookie

I posted this one last year and it was one of my biggest cookie hits EVER so when I saw it on the line up I knew I had to reshare! And when I tell y’all it’s even better than I remember 😂

(Cookie)
✰ 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
✰ 1/3 cup monkfruit
✰ 1 egg
✰ 1 tsp vanilla
✰ 1/4 cup oat flour
✰ 2 tbsp coconut flour
✰ 1 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Protein in Vanilla Ice Cream (link in bio :))
✰ 1/2 tsp baking soda
✰ pinch salt
(Frosting)
✰ 1 cup 0% Greek yogurt
✰ 1/3 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Protein in Vanilla Ice Cream (link in bio :))
✰ 1/4 cup powdered monkfruit
✰ 1-2 tsp caramel drops (optional)
(1/4 apple and sf caramel syrup for topping)
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix wet (yogurt, sweetener, egg, and extract) with dry (flour, coconut flour, protein, baking soda and salt).
3. Using ice cream scoop, scoop dough into balls.
4. Bake for about 12-15 min or until set.
5. Mix frosting ingredients and spread evenly on cookies.
6. Enjoy :)
