Step 1
Slice the base of the mushroom bundle and rinse in water before drying.
Step 2
Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic.
Step 3
Add mushrooms to pan and let cook until they begin to wilt (1 minute).
Step 4
Mix together gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, mirin, and sesame oil.
Step 5
Add sauce to pan and toss to coat. Cook for 1 to 2 more minutes.
