Instructions
Step 1
Poke the potatoes all around with a fork and put them in microwave for 5 mins
Step 2
Score the potatoes once out into 4 sections, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle some salt and pepper
Step 3
Place in the oven or air fryer at 200 °C for 15 mins
Step 4
Chop the onion, bell pepper and jalapeños and mix with cheese, red chilli flakes, chaat masala and dried herbs
Step 5
After potatoes have crisped up for 10mins in the oven/air fryer, add the cheese and veggie mixture for the remaining five mins until it melts together and becomes crispy from top
Step 6
Serve with garlic bread
