Instructions

Step 1
Wash and peel the potatoes. Slice the potato into thin, long pieces put them in salt water. In a small bowl, prepare the masala spice mix salt, chaat masala powder, red chilli flakes & black pepper powder. Now drain the salt water and dry the potatoes using a paper towel.
Step 2
Grease the crusty plate with a little oil, place potato on the crusty plate and spread evenly, brush them up with oil.

Now put the crusty plate on the low rack and keep inside the microwave then Tap send to microwave to start the cooking.
Step 4
When the microwave beeps, turn the fries and Press START/+30s button to continue the cooking.
Step 5
When the microwave beeps again, cooking will finish.
Step 6
Transfer the fries to a bowl and sprinkle spice mix evenly.
Step 7
Now fries are ready to serve.
