Instructions

Step 1
Boil potatoes and mash it. Grate a ginger and chop coriander leaves. Mix the maida with salt, oil, ghee and ajwain, combine to form a crumbly mixture. Now slowly add enough water to make pliable dough, not too soft and divide the dough then shape into balls. *Keep aside covered with moist cloth for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
Now prepare the filing for the samosa by mixing all the ingredients for filling.
Step 3
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and make into balls. Now Roll each ball into 6 inch diameter circles and cut each circle in half then spread the paste lightly all along the edge of one semicircle. Spread potato filling in center leaving the edges fold it into triangle shape pockets or desired shape seal the edges with a little water.
Step 4
Continue filling the rest of the samosa pockets. Brush oil on the crusty plate all side.
Step 5
Keep the crusty plate on the high rack inside the microwave and Tap send to microwave to start the cooking.
Step 6
Preheating will happen at this stage. When the microwave first beeps, preheating is done.
Step 7
Take out the crusty plate and 4 pieces of Samosa Pockets on the crusty plate over the high rack inside the microwave and Press START/+30s button.
Step 8
When the microwave second beeps, turn the side and again Press START/+30s button.
Step 9
When the microwave beeps again, coooking will finish.
Step 10
Serve hot with green chutney.
