Step 1
cooked pasta as per instructions
Step 2
bring a pot of water to a boil and add the cauliflower florets. simmer for 8-10 minutes until soft.
Step 3
drain and add the cauliflower to a blender with the cashew milk, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, lemon juice and optional salt. blender until a smooth sauce is formed, adding more milk as needed.
Step 4
pour in a saucepan with pasta and toss to cover.
