Ingredients
10 servings
1tbsp golden syrup
Instructions
Step 1
Grease and line a 20 x 8 baking tray
Step 2
In a saucepan, melt the butter, golden syrup, sugar and dark chocolate. Stir occasionally using a silicone spatula if you have one. Leave this to cool until you are able to leave your finger in it
Step 3
Crush the biscuits in a bowl, adding in half the marshmallows and raisins (if using), you can also add glacier cherries and chopped nuts.
Step 4
Once the chocolate has cooled, pour it into the crushed biscuit mixture and stir until combined. Line your baking tray and fill the corners with the mixture, pressing down the edges.
Step 5
Pat the mixture down with a spoon and top with the rest of the mini marshmallows. Make sure to evenly spread them.
Step 6
Melt and pour the milk chocolate over the mini marshmallow layer, covering them completely. It is important to reach the edges.
Step 7
Heat up the white chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring each time, and drizzle over the top and sprinkle with icing sugar (optional). Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours or ideally overnight
