Instructions
Step 1
In a saucepan over high heat, bring potatoes and enough salted water to cover to a boil. Cook 15 minutes, or until potatoes are fork tender. Drain.
Step 2
In saucepan over medium-low heat, cook buttermilk and butter for 2 minutes, or until heated. Using hand masher or potato ricer, mash potatoes.
Step 3
Stir buttermilk mixture and chives into mashed potatoes until combined.
