Instructions
Step 1
Boil pasta in salted water one less minute than what is mentioned on the package package
Step 2
On very low heat add the oil, crushed garlic, parsely stems and chilli flakes (+some pasta water, as needed in order to not burn anything)
Step 3
Transfer the pasta into the pan, add the parsely leaves and finish the cooking of the pasta while stirring constantly (might also want to add some extra salt)
