Step 1
In a little bowl, mix your tomato passata with a pinch of salt, pepper, oregano and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Step 2
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and cover it with your bread slices.
Step 3
Add your pizza sauce on top, along with your grated mozzarella, your favourite toppings and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Step 4
Bake for about 20 mins (180C/ 360F)
