Ingredients

2 lbchicken boneless thigh
cut into 2-inch cubes

4 tablespoonsoil
divided
2 tablespoonsalmon butter

1onion
sliced

1Capsicum

2garlic cloves
crushed

2 tablespoonslemon juice

1 bunchCilantro
minced

1 tablespooncumin powder

1 tablespooncurry powder

1 tablespoonred chili powder

salt

pepper
for taste
Instructions
Step 1
Take a small mixing bowl add salt, curry powder, red chili powder, cumin powder and pepper mix it. Add half portion of the spice mixture to the cleaned boneless thigh, keep it in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to marinate. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large Grilled skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken cook for 3 to 4 minutes, turn over the chicken pieces to cook evenly; transferred into a bowl.
Step 2
Cut the onion, bell pepper in to medium size pieces. Heat a deep vessel add, sliced onions and tomatoes add the chicken to the salad. Take a mixing bowl. Add remaining oil, lemon juice, add little salt and pepper mix it (You can add any dressings you like to this mix) and add this to the salad and give it a toss. Add breadcrumbs. Serve
