Baked Langres stuffed with morels and served with crusty bread and French champagne is my discovery. It is one of my most decadent recipes. It turns an ordinary weekday dinner into a fantastic celebration of flavors and textures.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven 400F.
Step 2

Admire Langres. Take pictures. Share them with your hungry friends via Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, whatever. The more, the better Langres tastes.
Step 3

Carefully cut off the top of the cheese using a sharp utility knife. Scoop the center to make a cavity. Lick your fingers. Take pictures.
Step 4

Choose the tiniest morels and quickly sauté them on high heat to evaporate extra moisture. Add scooped Langres cheese. Stir it in, let it melt. Pictures! Don't forget to let the world know what you are cooking.
Step 5

Stuff Langres. Click, click, click! Cover it with the top. Bake for 5 minutes.
Step 6

Meanwhile, slice the bread and get your brut ready — ice bath, flutes, and all that jazz.
Step 7

Eat your dinner and watch your favorite episode of whatever show you are watching today. Arrange baked Langres and the rest of the goodness on a tray. Sit on your sofa and enjoy your evening!
