Step 1
First add in 3 cups of raspberries, and honey or date syrup to a small saucepan.
Step 2
Stir and allow mixture to come to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, turn the heat down to low and simmer for 3 minutes. I like to add up to a ¼ cup of water here so it breaks up the fruit a little more. Feel free to opt out if you want a thicker jam.
Step 3
Add in 3 tablespoons of chia seeds, and juice of half a lemon and stir. Remove from heat and allow mixture to cool. The mixture will thicken as it cools. Once cool, refrigerate and enjoy! You can also enjoy this jam when it’s warm. I love this jam when it’s fresh and top it on some vanilla ice cream and makes a healthy berry compote!

Store in an airtight container or jar for up to 2 weeks.
