Salame di cioccolato (chocolate salami)
This is an Italian super classic, one that every kid loves. It's super simple to make, requires no baking but needs to rest in the fridge for a couple of hours. For the cookies, I'm using my homemade simple butter cookies that you can find on my profile.

Instructions
Step 1
Melt the chocolate and the butter at low heat and let it cool down.
Step 2
In the meantime, crush your cookies. I like to put them in a sealed bag and crush them with a rolling pin, but you could also just quickly blend them, as long as you still have some pisces and not just grated crumbles.
Step 3
Put them in a bowl with the sugar and the cocoa and mix with a spatula. Add the chocolate and butter and keep stirring until it is homogenous.
Step 4
Pour the mixture on a sheet of parchment paper and wrap the paper around it to have a sausage-like shape. Seal the parchment paper at the top and bottom of your sausage.
Step 5
Put it in the fridge or freezer for at least 2 hours.
Step 6
Remove it, unwrap it, slice it and enjoy!
