Ingredients

1.5 poundsground turkey
beef or pork

1 x 8 ozcan Crushed Pineapple
well drained
¾ cupItalian style dry breadcrumbs

¼ cupred onion
grated
¼ cupDOLE Seedless Raisins

1 tablespoondijon mustard

6slices monterey jack cheese

6whole wheat burger buns
toasted if desired
Instructions
Step 1
Combine ground turkey, drained crushed pineapple, breadcrumbs, onion, raisins and mustard until well blended. With hands, shape mixture into 6 patties, about 3/4-inch thick.
Step 2
Arrange patties on broiler pan, sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. Broil 12 minutes, turning once, or until patties are no longer pink in the center.
Step 3
Place a cheese slice over each burger; return to broiler until melted. Serve burgers on buns.
