Instructions

Step 1
Marinade the beef in cornstarch, water & soy sauce for 30 mins.
Step 2
Sear the beef in a hot pan with coconut oil for 3-4 mins until brown and set aside.
Step 3
Cook the pepper, onions and garlic in the same pan for 3 mins.
Step 4
Return beef to pan, with sauce ingredients and cook for 2-3 mins until sauce thickens.
Step 5
Add the thai basil and cook until wilted.
Step 6
Serve with sesame seeds and spring onion garnish.
