Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400* 2. Dice and combine all salsa ingredients
Step 2
3. Thinly slice cabbage and add to sheet pan. Season with salt and pepper. 4. Add oil, lime juice, no chili rub to chicken and stir fully to coat 5. Add chicken on top of cabbage and bake for 20 minutes. Add peppercorn and bake for 5 more minutes. 6. Combine avocado sauce ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend. 7. Top chicken and cabbage with salsa and avocado sauce. Enjoy!
