Ingredients

4slices of bread
into small pieces, Put them in a bowl and mix with, Set aside

½ cupmilk

Sauté, diced of butter for 5 minutes

5garlic cloves
minced, and cook for another minute

2 lbground beef

3 Tbstomato paste

2 Tbsworcestershire sauce

1 Tbsdijon mustard

1 cupshredded parmesan

1 tspsalt

1 tsppepper
For the glaze

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400
Step 2
Cut 4 slices of of bread into small pieces.
Step 3
Put them in a bowl and mix with 1/2 cup of milk. Set aside.
Step 4
Sauté a diced onion in 1 tbs of butter for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Add 5-6 minced garlic cloves and cook for another minute.
Step 6
Use a fork to mash up the soaked bread.
Step 7
In a large bowl, mix 2 Ibs of ground beef, the bread, the onions and garlic, 2 eggs, 3 tbs tomato paste, 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbs dijon mustard, 1 cup shredded parmesan and 1 tsp each salt and pepper.

Spread in a loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes

For the glaze:

Mix 1/2 cup ketchup, 1 tbs tomato paste, 2tbs brown sugar,

1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp each garlic and onion powder.
Step 12
After 40 minutes, spread the glaze on top of the meatloaf and cook for about 20 more minutes or until internal temp reaches 160
