Instructions
Step 1
Whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil and garlic. Set aside a few tbs of the sauce and combine the rest with the salmon. Place in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile cook rice according to packet instructions.
Step 3
Heat a fry pan over medium heat and cook salmon, turning, for 4-5 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
Step 4
To assemble the poke bowl, divide rice into two bowls. Top with avocado, cabbage, cucumber, spring onion and salmon. Drizzle over the remaining sauce. Store leftovers in the fridge, assemble fresh each day.
