Instructions

Step 1
Layer sliced uncooked potatoes in the bottom of the oven dish, frozen peas, frozen sweetcorn and sliced uncooked leeks, salt pepper and mixed herbs.
Step 2
Fry off gluten free sausage until brown but not cooked, cut up and add to dish the again sliced uncooked potatoes followed by a gluten free cheese sauce mix which I make that recipe will follow then grated cheese (richer the better ) and pepper , bake for 1& 1/2 hours.
