I used everything bagels and jalapeño cheddar bagels for this recipe and both were an absolute win! These are an easy and go-to weeknight meal idea to change around your average burger or slider. You can make these completely vegetarian by leaving out the salmon salad as well and they will be just as amazing! 3cans salmon
3 stalkscelery
sliced
0.5yellow onion
minced
½ cupmayo
1 tspsalt
½ tspblack pepper
1jalapeño

For the salmon salad
Step 1
Add the salmon tuna to a large bowl and b”break up” the salmon into small, fine pieces. Add your mayo and combine, the texture should be smooth and creamy. Add your boiled eggs and combine. Add in your veggies and salt and pepper. Mix to combine. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or for up to 1-2 hours for best results!
Assembling the sandwiches
Step 2
On your bagels spread your mustard followed by 1.5 scoops of salmon salad and the remainder of your toppings in your preferred order. Top with last half of bagel and serve!
