Instructions
Step 1
Dice onion and mince garlic cloves. Add onion and garlic with a small amount of olive oil to slow cooker and sauté until fragrant
Step 2
Add vegetables and stock powder and sauté until fragrant
Step 3
All all remaining ingredients. Close slow cooker and either cook on low heat for 6 hours or high for 3 hours
Step 4
Serve with pasta of your choice, adding additional pepper, and/ or chill flakes, cheese
