Instructions

Step 1
Add Konnyaku (Yum cake) in boiling water for about 2 minutes, and drain the water.
Step 2
Put Konnyaku back into the pot, add daikon, water, and boil.
Step 3
Add dashi powder, sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and Tobanjyan, and cook until the sauce evaporates half the amount.
Step 4
Add green beans and cook for about a few minutes.
