1 tspcornstarch
Starch water

Instructions
Step 1
Cut the daikon into slices about 2 cm
Step 2

Make a small cross in the top of the slices
Step 3
Boil in water with salt for 5 minutes and put aside
Step 4

In a pan, add some oil and fry the daikon medium heat until golden brown
Step 5
5. Add the kelp soup water to the daikon
Step 6
6. When the water is boiling remove the kelp, add salt and simmer 30 min, low temperature
Step 7
7. Add miso paste and dissolve in the water
Step 8
8. Cook daikon 1 min each side
Step 9
9. Add starch water to thicken the soup
Step 10
10. Cut the ginger and fry until golden brown. Add in the top of the daikon
