Heat frying pan, add oil to pan, then add the mince and begin cooking until brown.

Add chopped onion to the browned mince, cook onion until golden, and add the pasta sauce, stir in and bring to a simmer for about 10 minutes. Additionally, include any herbs or spices of interest.

Using a baking dish of appropriate size, begin layering the lasagne, starting with the mince and sauce mixture, then add a layer of Bechemel sauce and then top it off with however many lasagne sheets necessary to cover the top, repeat layering until final layer, then top with grated cheese, and bake in oven for 45 minutes.
