Instructions

Step 1
Drain the jack fruit
Step 2
Smash the jackfruit so it resembles shredded chicken.
Step 3
Put oil on a sheet pan and spread jackfruit over it.

Add salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder to the sheet pan.

Mix the jack fruit so the spices and oils are evenly mixed.
Step 6
Bake at 450 degrees until the mixture has dried out.
Step 7
Once dry, pour the bbq sauce over the jackfruit.
Step 8
Mix thoroughly.
Step 9
Bake at 450 degrees until the mixture resembles pulled pork and the bbq sauce thickens.
Step 10
Serve on bread.
